In a time where microblogging and social networking sites rule over the web, why go back to a regular blog?
Facebook has been taking up too much of my life the past year with senseless status updates and applications. The moment you find yourself waiting for a red notification box to pop up at the corner of your monitor after posting that witty status, you know something is off.
After 8 years of online presence, constantly shifting domain names and changing aliases one after the other, I’ve grown tired of trying to outdo myself. There’s no longer a good reason for me to try and reinvent my identity everytime. I’m not Madonna.
So now I’m going back to where it all started. A simple blog. My thoughts, my works, my world.

[...] New beginnings – In March 8 of 2010, with no direction or agenda, I started blogging again. The primary reason was to have an escape from my mundane semi-corporate 9 to 5 job and reconnect with my creative side. With no idea about the awesomeness that lies ahead, I typed in my first entry. It was the beginning of something I never would’ve expected. And yes, I did color my hair blue green. :D [...]
