Sining Sundays: 002

2 weeks worth of character designs!

Last one is obviously still not finished. I’ve been too busy the last couple of weeks that it seemed impossible to keep up with the 366 project but so far I’m still on track.

Will stop drawing dorks now and start with a new batch.

Where do you get all these creative imaginations Kuya? Impressive. Although the skin color of the first one distracts me. Hehehe. Yung color niya mukha siyang nasa late-stage ng liver failure. :D LOLJK.

Ano yung di tapos sa last one? Wala akong mapansin.

Weird pala, your comment on one of my posts doesn’t show up for some reason :s

Aww, Julius the Pansy makes a comeback! I still have that as a sticker (but it’s not stuck onto anything, hehe). I also like the little redhead dork who looks like Dexter from Dexter’s Lab. 8′D

Just by looking at them, you can instantly know yung character nila. Di lang talaga sila basta drawing, you definitely captured “character” and that I think is real talent!
Kakatuwa talaga bumisita dito….nakakatanggal stress. Keep it up Sir!

Sir im really a fan of yours fascinated talaga ako sa mga illustrations mo. Just wanna ask pano nyo po inu umpisahan ang mga gawa nyo drawing muna sa papel then scan chaka kukulayan sa ai ? o dun na lahat gagawin sa ai? Beginner po ako sa pag vevector. Tips naman sir :)

      Thanks Cale!
Usually, I would draft a very rough sketch on paper just to plot out the concept, orientation, and positioning. Then I’ll go straight to AI na. =)
