A few months ago, there was this contest going on in celebration of the 150th birth anniversary of our National Hero, Jose Rizal. The Jose Rizal Postage Stamp Design Contest, held by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, was to promote Rizal’s greatness and contribution to our nation.
